Medical Plan
After 30 days of employment, employees are eligible for healthcare. Advantage Metals Recycling pays a generous up to 50% of the costs of medical coverage regardless of the type of coverage selected.

Voluntary Dental Plan
After 30 days of employment, employees are eligible for dental coverage.                       

Basic Group Term Life/AD&D
After 90 days of employment, Advantage Metals Recycling provides Basic Life/AD&D benefits our employees at no cost.

Voluntary Group Term Life
After 90 days of employment, employees can purchase additional Term Life Insurance for themselves, spouse and children at very reasonable rates.

401(k) Retirement Plan
After 90 days of employment, Advantage Metals Recycling offers a Retirement Savings Plan. The Company will match a generous 50% of pre-tax contributions. Your Contributions are always 100% vested.  Company contributions vest over 5 years at 20% per year.
